The format is enclosed. Abstracts are to be sent to the IASG Secretariat (NOT to the Organising Secretary).  Best Paper Award For the Best Paper Award, please send four (4) copies of the manuscript of the full paper to the IASG Secretariat (NOT to the Organizing Secretary) latest by 30^th June 2004. Please follow the Instructions to Authors of Tropical Gastroenterology /Indian Journal of Surgery or the Vancouver style.  Scientific Sessions (CME, Symposium, Debates, Lectures, etc) Members are requested to send topics/ subjects they would like to be included in the tentative programme of the Conference. Members desiring to be on the faculty of the Scientific Programme are requested to send a one page CV highlighting their achievements (clinical experience, publications, etc) and the areas/ topics they would like to cover.
